1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the dailybet website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the dailybet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. dailybet will verify your age during the account registration and verification process.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of dailybet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the dailybet Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the dailybet Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the dailybet Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Identity Verification (KYC): dailybet is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You must provide a valid government-issued ID (such as a UMID, Philippine passport, or driver's license) when requested. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Account Security

However, you must also take reasonable steps to secure your account:

dailybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, dailybet reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dailybet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: dailybet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your dailybet account instantly upon successful transfer. Bank transfers typically clear within 5 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. No withdrawal fees are charged by dailybet.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. dailybet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your dailybet account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. dailybet complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dailybet will notify you before any dormancy fees are applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

dailybet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. dailybet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or the use of automated software — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Modification: dailybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dailybet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dailybet staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dailybet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of dailybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dailybet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dailybet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, system errors, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond dailybet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.

dailybet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dailybet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

dailybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: Access to real-money gaming is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. This requirement is enforced through identity verification at registration and at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will be blocked from accessing the Platform and will not receive any marketing communications from dailybet.

11. Termination

dailybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• dailybet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• dailybet reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period and you have not responded to communications from dailybet.

Upon termination for cause, dailybet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any real-money balances in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your account at any time by contacting dailybet customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you upon closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to dailybet's customer support team for informal resolution. dailybet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dailybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dailybet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the dailybet Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
